BuyFlowerTrees is committed to providing high-quality flower and tree seedlings across the United States. If you’re not satisfied with any products you’ve received, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as reasonably possible.

All products are delivered via standard postal services or courier companies. While we aim for prompt delivery, actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to third-party logistics. Please allow up to seven business days for delivery after your order has been placed. In the case of non-delivery, you must notify BuyFlowerTrees within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that we can promptly assist.

Live Plant Care & Expectations

Our plants and trees are live, growing products that may react to seasonal changes, transportation, and local weather. It’s normal for leaves to change color, drop, or be affected by external conditions such as rain, sunlight, frost, or insects. These signs are temporary and do not affect the plant’s ability to grow or thrive. Most new growth occurs during the warmer months, typically between April and September.

We strive to provide accurate height estimates for our plants and saplings; however, as growing conditions change, sizes may slightly vary. If size is critical to your purchase, please contact us before placing an order. Note: product pricing is based on species and availability, not plant height.

Delivery & Address Accuracy

We do not ship to PO Boxes or incomplete addresses. Please ensure your address is accurate and includes a valid ZIP code. BuyFlowerTrees is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

While we make every effort to deliver according to your request, external factors such as holidays, weather, or shipping company delays may affect timing. We will fulfill your order as quickly as reasonably possible, either before or after a requested delivery date.

We reserve the right to substitute items with a similar product of equal or higher value if necessary.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, it is a breach of agreement to refuse an accepted delivery. Customers who reject delivery may be responsible for return shipping charges and the full cost of the order. Plants cannot be restocked or resold once returned.

We do not offer refunds unless:

• There was a processing error on our end

• A duplicate order was placed accidentally

If your item arrives damaged or with any significant issue, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a free replacement. Do not return any products without first contacting our support team for guidance.
